Kyle Ransford

Kyle Ransford is a proven real estate investor and entrepreneur who has successfully started several businesses, including Cardinal Investments (a commercial and residential real estate investment company), Bank of Manhattan (a community bank in Los Angeles, CA) and Chef’d (Meal Kit Company). He also has extensive investment banking experience having previously worked at Hoolihan Lokey and Halcyon Asset Management, LLC.

His passion for real estate and his experience in finance led him to the foundation of Cardinal Investments in 2001. He founded Cardinal Investments in order to invest and develop residential and commercial real estate. He has led over 100 investments through this platform.

Mr. Ransford earned a B.S. in business administration from Southern Methodist University, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Southern California. He resides in Manhattan Beach with his son and three daughters.
