Byron Findley
Project Manager

Byron Findley has been with Cardinal Investments since 2018. He leads dialogue and executes the construction and entitlement phase of property investment, adding value and experience to Cardinal Investment’s diligence and major construction endeavors. 

With over 15 years of experience of project management in the commercial construction industry, Mr. Findley will provide expertise in the development and construction phase of  projects. He will primarily focus on management of current buildings and construction feasibility.  He is also capable of leading a future entitlement or construction feasibility and execution.

Most recently Mr. Findley oversaw 2 office developments in El Segundo and Manhattan Beach for Cardinal Investments. He led the project from the acquisition, through design, entitlements, and construction. Mr. Findley has been involved in and has led numerous construction projects. He was a key  component in the construction of the $900 million Genentech Campus for biotechnology and  Lumina Towers, a 656 residential structure located in San Francisco.

Mr. Findley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University at Sacramento.
