Alex Tolocenco
Director of Property Management

Alex Tolocenco has been with Cardinal Investments since 2016. He is the President of Redhawk Management, Cardinal's in-house property management company. In this role, he oversees the company's multifamily portfolio of 55+ multifamily properties with 400+ units. Since joining Cardinal, Alex has overseen acquisition and add-value repositioning of 35+ new multifamily properties totaling 250+ units.  

Mr. Tolocenco utilizes a hands-on, active management approach to add-value to the properties and achieve maximum returns for the company investors. He has 90% of his personal assets invested in the company projects.

Prior to joining Cardinal, Alex managed a portfolio of larger multifamily properties for 10+ years. Mr. Tolocenco graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
